Both the ticket hour and the association hours, as well as some of the workshops are given in the dojo at X.
The dojo can be found by going up the stairs that are located between the cafe and the gym. Up the stairs turn left, then right and the dojo is on your left!
For most of the classes you need a 'gi', the white suit worn by martial artists. These suits can be borrowed in the dojo when you don't have your own. Once you are sure you want to continue practicing the sport(s), we advise you to buy your own gi, for hygienic purposes. You can ask the trainers for information on what gi to buy and where to buy it.
We usually get dressed in the dojo, but if you don't feel comfortable or just prefer a dressing room you can find multiple dressing rooms on the ground floor at X, for example next to the gym.
In order to keep the training fun and safe for everyone we ask you to follow the following rules:
1. Be respectful and careful with eachother. This means taking into account your partners experience, weight, strength and possible injuries. In other words communicate!
2. Wear slippers when leaving the mat. This helps keep the mat clean for you and your training partners.
3. Pay attention to your own hygiene. Always clip your nails before the training, wear deodorant and don't come if you have any contagious infection or diseases.
